Requirements
- 2+ years of professional web development experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js.
- Proficiency in dynamic routing, data-fetching patterns, and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR).
- Strong skills in modern CSS/styling approaches, particularly Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building/customizing headless CMS solutions (Sanity and GROQ preferred).
- Strong understanding of web performance practices, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with front-end build tooling like Webpack.
- Strong experience with Git and collaborative code review workflows.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ability to align technical decisions with business metrics like MQLs and SQLs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement new web experiences on the Marketing website.
- Build and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Design, Product, MOPs, Sales, and Engineering to plan and execute initiatives.
- Perform code reviews and mentor other developers.
- Monitor web performance, accessibility, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Plan projects end-to-end including technical scoping and estimation.
