Job Details

3 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend and/or full-stack web development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
Working knowledge of Ruby and/or .NET, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in a professional development workflow.
Experience writing automated tests including unit, integration, or end-to-end coverage.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.

Build and maintain web applications and features for the Brivity platform using React, TypeScript, Ruby, and .NET.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to scope, prioritize, and deliver features that real estate teams rely on every day.
Translate product requirements and Figma designs into high-quality, polished product experiences.
Use AI-assisted development tools including Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
Write clean, scalable, well-documented code following engineering best practices.
Develop and maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
Debug issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve performance and reliability across the stack.
Identify and reduce technical debt.
Participate in code reviews and raise engineering standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, and product teams.
