Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of leading/people management experience.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or Release Manager for cloud-managed video solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Relational Databases, JavaScript, C++, and React.
- Understanding of build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
- Experience with cloud technologies (particularly AWS) and RESTful APIs.
- Working understanding of AI inference engines (e.g., YOLO, OpenCV).
- Experience leveraging AI tools and identifying AI-driven opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing cross-border hybrid/remote engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead talented engineers to accomplish strategic goals aligned with core product services and features.
- Drive the planning, execution, and communication of appliance releases.
- Identify and implement improvements to release processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Leverage technical expertise to guide the architecture and strategic direction of appliance software and internal tooling.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product, customer success, sales, and support teams.
- Monitor the health and performance of deployed customer devices to identify and address issues.
