Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership and engineering management experience.
- Proven ability to build and develop teams through hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Demonstrated experience designing systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and Flask/FastAPI.
- Experience with Redux, NoSQL, and Serverless architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (AWS, CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Experience partnering with product management to define vision and priorities.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and process improvement.
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Oversee day-to-day project execution using agile methodologies.
- Drive technical strategy and align engineering operations with business objectives.
- Lead delivery and integration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Health Cloud) services.
- Mentor team members through code reviews, architectural guidance, and career pathing.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing teams to define product vision.
- Ensure system architecture and documentation meet healthcare regulatory standards like HIPAA and SOC 2.
