Requirements
- 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for managing schedules.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile development methodology, roles, and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Experience coaching, leading, and influencing team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools like Planview or Mavenlink is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of contracted technical programs.
- Develop and maintain consolidated project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
- Actively manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies through to closure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and Account Management to align customer expectations.
- Compile, track, and report on project financials throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.
