Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years leading project deployments or relative experience.
- Proficiency in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as ConnectWise.
- Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as Kaseya or ConnectWise Automate.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems including endpoints, servers, cloud, and networks.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Full-time availability: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
- Home office with stable internet (min 5 Mbps up/down), quality headset, and HD webcam.
- Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in the pursuit of excellent execution and collaboration.
- Champion the consistently excellent execution of projects, meeting client requirements while maintaining tight project budgets and timelines.
- Foster a culture of effective teamwork, contributing to the success of every project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
