Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth.
- Direct experience in AEO, GEO, or AI search optimization.
- Proven track record of moving growth metrics like organic traffic and AI citations.
- Deep technical SEO knowledge including structured data, redirects, and crawl health.
- Comfortable using Webflow or other CMS platforms to ship changes autonomously.
- Exceptional AI prompting skills to produce on-brand content.
- Data fluency with tools like GA, Search Console, and AI visibility platforms.
- Ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets or SQL.
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or Profound is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab or coding/vibe-coding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage Flodesk's web content inventory across flodesk.com, /blog, and /tips.
- Structure content for AI discoverability by refining templates, schemas, and citation-ready formatting.
- Write accurate, deep, and on-brand content in partnership with the brand team.
- Execute technical SEO tasks including structured data, internal linking, site speed, and crawl health.
- Track AI search visibility and traditional SEO metrics while running structured experiments.
- Expand distribution efforts to platforms like Reddit and YouTube.
