Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in SEO and evolving discovery landscapes like AEO.
- Expertise in designing content workflows that integrate AI tools with human editorial review.
- Strong editorial taste with an eye for compelling, engaging, and accurate writing.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs as a power user for drafting, research, and synthesis.
- Ability to maintain zero-tolerance accuracy standards for financial/insurance content.
- Experience defining roadmaps and managing resource allocation for organic growth.
- Ability to set and monitor drift metrics to ensure content quality at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute content strategy to improve ranking on Google and earn citations in LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Design and operate an AI-powered content production system, including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
- Establish and enforce editorial standards to ensure factual accuracy for YMYL (Your Money Your Life) financial content.
- Manage the editorial engine across Jerry.ai and external platforms to meet traffic and customer acquisition targets.
- Track performance metrics to identify gaps in search visibility and optimize discovery for insurance, maintenance, and repair services.
