- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Receive and channel client requests for transcreation and production needs.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to develop and deliver project budget estimates.
- Manage project details from start to finish, including scheduling and planning.
- Maintain accurate records of all project statuses using workflow management technology.
- Obtain and consolidate client feedback to share with creative and production departments.
- Monitor and improve internal workflows and troubleshoot technological bottlenecks.
- Manage client expectations through regular, clear communication.
- Perform Asset Librarian responsibilities for client assets.
