Requirements
- 6+ years in business operations, program management, or professional services firm operations.
- Proven experience owning a process end to end from design through documentation to adoption.
- Experience coordinating and managing external vendors against service standards.
- Extremely tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new software and automation tools.
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a remote environment.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience.
- Working fluency with financial systems (QBO, bill pay) preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tech stacks (Shopify, Amazon, Cin7) preferred.
- Experience with practice management or PSA platforms like Canopy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stand up full system access footprint for new engagements including accounting, e-commerce, and banking platforms.
- Manage end-to-end access governance from verification to revocation.
- Coordinate cross-service-line operations between Accounting and CFO service lines.
- Act as the operational link for recruiting and staffing partners to maintain hiring pipelines.
- Execute full employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, including equipment and access provisioning.
- Manage IT, staffing, and software vendors to ensure service level adherence.
- Maintain recurring internal communications and engagement kick-off announcements.
- Document and maintain SOPs and workflow templates in the practice management system.
- Identify process breaks and rebuild workflows using technology and AI automation.
