Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, managing software delivery and engineering projects.
- Solid understanding of Scrum practices, values, and principles with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing software delivery across distributed and offshore teams.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively lead decision-making and drive change.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the successful delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Establish delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure the smooth delivery of software releases.
- Facilitate Scrum and Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders for cross-team implementation efforts.
- Coordinate the scheduling and approval of software releases with stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories across various initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure transparency and effective communication.
- Coordinate development work across multiple team roles, including engineering, QA, and analytics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
