Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in industry or academia.
- Strong technical skills in robotics, including Python and C++.
- Knowledge of embedded hardware, computer vision, localization, or sensor fusion.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50% of time) to fields and farm environments.
- Self-motivated and capable of solving problems independently in unstructured environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
- Must not have allergies to common agricultural products (nuts, apples, grapes, strawberries, blueberries).
Responsibilities
- Deploy, debug, and develop advanced, tractor-mounted camera systems at customer sites.
- Ensure system performance in diverse farm environments.
- Engage with farmers to gather operational needs and translate feedback into technical improvements.
- Partner with the sales team during customer demonstrations.
- Innovate and prototype solutions to unique field-based engineering challenges.
- Support various components of the software and hardware stack as a generalist.
