Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language: Python, C/C++, Golang, or Java.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including NAT, DNS/mDNS, UDP/TCP, multicast, and firewall configuration.
- Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Proven debugging skills for complex software systems.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with government and military customers.
- Willingness and ability to travel 60% of the time, including to remote or restricted-access locations.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Build and own critical software integrations for C2 systems in diverse operational environments.
- Debug complex distributed systems issues in the field by analyzing logs, network traffic, and performance.
- Contribute to core service development and integrate field insights into the product.
- Write full-stack code to solve customer-specific integration and monitoring challenges.
- Support continuous operational environments, including non-standard hours and on-call rotations.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 75%) for site deployments and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with U.S. military and government program offices to translate operational needs into software.
