Requirements
- 1-4 years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building or working with Voice AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Elixir.
- Experience with Go.
- Experience using and building on automation tooling (e.g., n8n).
- Proven ability to navigate broad technology ecosystems and developer documentation.
- Experience with modern voice AI stacks such as real-time voice agents, telephony, text-to-speech, LLM orchestration, and CRM integrations.
- Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to manage technical work and client technical relationships independently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales execution to scope complex integration projects and navigate client technology ecosystems.
- Ship production-quality code for core features, internal tooling, and client-facing integrations.
- Build and extend integration connectors, including direct APIs, webhooks, and event-based triggers.
- Own technically complex onboardings, including custom business logic and multi-system orchestrations.
- Conduct QA and testing for implementations and manage post-launch monitoring and iteration.
- Identify recurring implementation patterns to drive core product R&D investments.
- Act as a technical consultant for strategic clients, including conducting onsite visits to present architectural solutions.
