Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) with excellent written communication skills.
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual design principles.
- Knowledge of print production requirements and artwork preparation for screen printing and embroidery.
- Experience communicating directly with customers.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer conversations through email and text.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best design and product solutions.
- Guide customers from concept through order completion.
- Design custom apparel using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Create production-ready mockups and artwork adapted for screen printing and embroidery.
- Manage multiple customer orders simultaneously including proofs and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within CRM systems.
