Requirements
- 12+ years of Brand AOR account experience.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
- 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
- Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
- Expertise in marketing to HCPs, Affiliated Medical Professionals, Patients, and Caregivers.
- Demonstrated experience in brand launch, multi-channel marketing, and budget development.
- Proven success in identifying opportunities and securing organic client growth.
- Superior presentation skills and hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint.
- BA/BS degree.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and market research.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the client’s business within the agency.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships as a strategic partner.
- Lead agency teams in annual brand planning and execution.
- Direct and motivate Account Directors, Account Supervisors, and Senior Account Executives.
- Manage and monitor account financial performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality creative work.
- Identify and lead the development of new business opportunities with existing or prospective clients.
