Requirements
- 10+ years in client services, consulting, or account leadership.
- Experience in an agency, medical communications, or training-focused environment.
- Deep familiarity with the life sciences industry and regulated training environments.
- Proven track record of growing multimillion-dollar accounts.
- Ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
- Strong training acumen and ability to translate business goals into learning strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience navigating ambiguity.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in mobilizing teams and solving adaptive challenges.
- Experience with AI-powered learning tools or omnichannel training strategies is preferred.
- Background in medical affairs, clinical development, or compliance training is preferred.
- Experience managing hybrid or remote teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior relationship lead across key accounts, embedding as a true extension of the client team.
- Drive annual account planning and long-term strategic roadmaps focused on modernizing learning.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders across Training, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and HR.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews, visioning workshops, and innovation planning sessions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and lead strategic upsells based on client needs and industry trends.
- Oversee pitch and proposal development, strategy, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with solution architects and creative teams to co-create tech-enabled learning solutions.
- Ensure flawless execution of complex programs across digital, virtual, and immersive learning modalities.
