Requirements
- Experience working at event, conference, or trade show booths with 100 - 20,000 attendees.
- Proven record of achieving target goals based on attendee actions.
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site tech issues like Wi-Fi, AV, and browser/app hiccups with limited support.
- Willingness to travel to events as needed.
- Business Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs during booth setup and teardown.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally if opting for international event assignments.
Responsibilities
- Manage booth setup and teardown, including light assembly and branding placement.
- Ensure equipment and survey tools are functional and ready for data collection.
- Initiate proactive conversations with event attendees to drive review participation.
- Facilitate the review process, providing assistance and troubleshooting technical issues with devices or Wi-Fi.
- Distribute swag and kudos to reviewers upon successful completion of their review.
