Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in crop insurance or agriculture is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, evaluate information, and make sound decisions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance reviews across various crops, policy types, and review assignments, ensuring all required information and documentation is obtained and accurately assessed.
- Consult with external parties to gather documentation and clarify information needed to complete reviews, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors regarding procedural questions, complex cases, and issues requiring escalation or additional guidance.
- Apply sound independent judgment when handling complex reviews and escalate matters appropriately when additional expertise or oversight is required.
- Follow established compliance workflows, procedures, and review standards while efficiently managing assigned workloads and meeting required deadlines.
- Coordinate with adjusting teams on Conflict of Interest (COI), Growing Season Inspections (GSI), High Dollar Reviews, and other claim-related review requirements.
- Alert appropriate adjusting staff when claims are under review and maintain complete, accurate documentation within the policy processing system.
- Monitor the Compliance Register to support the timely assignment and completion of reviews.
- Maintain working knowledge of Risk Management Agency requirements, federal crop insurance regulations, and applicable internal procedures.
- Provide responsive customer service and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the review process.
