Requirements
- 0-1 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated track record of outstanding customer service.
- Proven history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to learn and retain new processes and procedures.
- Ability to utilize resources effectively to find information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to change.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer compliance with state-specific resale requirements and process renewals according to schedules.
- Monitor incoming communications to the Resale Team and route as necessary.
- Perform customer information updates including address, name, and ownership changes within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with customers, Inside Sales, and Credit departments to resolve resale issues and collect required forms.
- Meet deadlines for the monthly state resale renewal project.
- Maintain and update customer software and information systems accurately.
