Requirements
- 0-1 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Track record demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
- Proven track record demonstrating excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures and retain information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexible with change.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer compliance with each state’s resale certificate requirements.
- Process resale renewals according to state schedules.
- Maintain working knowledge of various forms and state requirements.
- Monitor incoming faxes and e-mails directed to the Resale Team.
- Complete customer information updates, including address, name, and ownership changes, within 24 hours.
- Assist with resale issues by coordinating with customers, Inside Sales, and Credit departments.
- Meet monthly state resale renewal project deadlines.
- Update customer software and information systems with accurate, up-to-date information.
