Requirements
- Post qualification accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience using core finance systems, with SAP preferred.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Post transactions in SAP.
- Close and reconcile sub-ledgers including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank, and Intercompany.
- Record and reconcile payroll for various countries.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist in variance analysis.
- Ensure portfolio compliance with local statutory requirements including VAT, CIT returns, and financial documents.
- Perform financial analysis and contribute to special projects as requested.
- Provide support in statutory close and Financial Statement preparation.
