Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in customer-facing or deployed settings, including technical consulting, solutions engineering, or enterprise implementations.
- Hands-on technical fluency with SQL, API scripting, and data interrogation.
- Experience using prototyping tools like Cursor, Replit, or V0.dev.
- Demonstrated track record of defining structured data models, taxonomies, or classification schemes.
- Strong judgment regarding data quality and accuracy requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions.
- Ability to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time.
- Bonus: Background in residential construction, homebuilding, architecture, or AEC technology.
- Bonus: Familiarity with RAG systems, LLM-powered analytics, or geometric/spatial data (CAD/BIM).
Responsibilities
- Embed with HQ, regional, and division teams to run discovery and document plan variation.
- Define product strategy for searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled search.
- Tune Autotranslate AI to categorize and translate complex floorplans into structured data.
- Work hands-on with data by querying libraries and building against internal APIs.
- Define and enforce acceptance criteria for delivery milestones and QA error thresholds.
- Frame and defend quantifiable ROI for data-consolidation efforts to executive stakeholders.
- Capture playbooks and data patterns to scale the forward-deployed engagement model.
