Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Significant experience in customer-facing or deployed settings (e.g., enterprise implementations, solutions engineering, technical consulting).
- Hands-on technical fluency (writing SQL, scripting against APIs, working in notebooks).
- Experience prototyping to validate ideas using tools like Cursor, Replit, or V0.dev.
- Track record of defining structured data models, taxonomies, or classification schemes.
- Strong judgment regarding data quality and accuracy-to-cost tradeoffs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to client sites and company events up to 30% of the time.
- Experience with residential construction, architecture, or AEC technology (plus).
- Experience with RAG systems, LLM-powered analytics, or agent-based search (plus).
- Exposure to CAD, BIM, or geometric/spatial data (plus).
Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams to run discovery, locate plan assets, and establish the source of truth.
- Own product definition for searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled search.
- Tune AI models to identify, categorize, and translate floorplans into structured data.
- Query structured plan libraries and build against internal APIs to ship capabilities.
- Define and manage delivery milestones including coverage targets, completeness, and QA error thresholds.
- Frame and defend quantifiable ROI regarding catalog redundancy and consolidation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and present progress and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
- Document and capture playbooks and data patterns to scale the forward deployed model.
