Requirements
- 7+ years of professional product management experience, including time in client-facing, embedded, or consulting environments.
- Direct experience improving product team operations, discovery processes, PDLC design, and specification practices.
- Demonstrated ability or experience in using Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
- Strong facilitation capabilities, including running working sessions with engineering and product stakeholders to extract signal from ambiguity.
- Ability to write clean, executable technical specs and model effective practices for clients.
- Technical fluency sufficient to scope prototypes with engineers, discuss architectural feasibility, and participate in lock sessions.
- Experience with professional services, management consulting, or advisory roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-native product workflows like LLM-assisted requirements generation or spec-driven development.
- Experience working with PE portfolio company environments or enterprise engineering organizations.
- Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product workstream end-to-end for enterprise transformation programs, including current-state assessment, future-state PDLC design, and PM coaching.
- Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders to shape delivery backlogs and define signed-off Sprint Charters.
- Author clear, executable specs that drive prototype and MVP development.
- Design and lead PM training curricula and enablement sessions using real-world delivery materials.
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities during client engagements.
- Refine product-facing agents used by the company, including spec generation and workflow automation tools.
- Provide field feedback to improve agent design, prompt configuration, and scoping frameworks.
- Contribute to internal methodology, including PDLC patterns, scoping frameworks, and design templates.
- Support pre-sales activities involving product definition and PDLC maturity assessments.
