Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including time in a client-facing, embedded, or consulting role.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with product teams on discovery processes, PDLC design, and specification practices.
- Experience or demonstrated capability in the use of Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to run working sessions and extract actionable signals from ambiguous input.
- Ability to write clean, executable specifications that serve as models for client coaching.
- Technical fluency to scope prototypes with engineers and hold discussions on architectural feasibility.
- Background in professional services, management consulting, or an embedded advisory role preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-native product workflows such as spec-driven development or LLM-assisted requirements generation.
- Experience with enterprise engineering organizations or private equity portfolio company environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product workstream end-to-end on enterprise transformation programs by assessing current operations and designing future-state PDLC.
- Coach client product managers through the transition to strategic orchestrators of AI-assisted development.
- Anchor the product side of prototype and build-enable engagements by running discovery and shaping delivery backlogs.
- Write clean, executable specifications to drive prototype and MVP development.
- Design and lead product management training curricula and enablement sessions for clients.
- Define and refine product-facing agents, including idea consolidation, spec generation, and workflow automation.
- Contribute field learnings to internal product workstream methodology, scoping frameworks, and templates.
- Support pre-sales activities involving product definition and PDLC maturity assessment.
