Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong technical expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and Integrations
- Proven experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Proficiency in scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile environments
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred
- Experience with HRSD or GRC modules is a plus
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into user stories and development tasks
- Customize and configure core ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB)
- Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users
- Lead the creation and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Build and support integrations including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Perform ongoing Discovery and CMDB maintenance
- Develop and optimize scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile sprint activities
