Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working as a technical consultant within the IT industry.
- Proven experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise software solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders and present complex concepts clearly.
- Consultative mindset with strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and work independently.
- Experience contributing to multiple projects in parallel within customer-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of advanced data architectures, application architectures, networking concepts, and IT security principles.
- Experience with ETL processes using APIs, flat files, or databases.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
- Ability to read, write, and modify Transact-SQL.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Expertise with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Internet Information Services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
- Work closely with customer subject matter experts to implement and configure cloud and on-premises solutions from project initiation through completion.
- Support customers transitioning from traditional on-premises environments to modern SaaS-based solutions.
- Design and develop integrations between enterprise solutions and third-party systems using appropriate technologies and methodologies.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, implementation guides, and project deliverables.
- Deliver solution enablement sessions, product training, and knowledge transfer activities for customers and partners.
- Support project scoping, service definition, and effort estimation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative approaches to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders by providing technical expertise, recommendations, and problem-solving support.
