Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, or community roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience using event platforms such as Luma or Zoom Webinars.
- Proven ability to plan and execute diverse event types, from small dinners to large-scale activations.
- Ability to build landing pages, manage email lists, and run promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site logistics management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with performance tracking, data collection, and reporting on pipeline impact.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, builder mindset.
- Familiarity with partner collaborations or community building is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual event calendar and shape the strategy for conferences, executive dinners, sponsorships, and webinars.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, budgets, vendor negotiation, and on-site coordination.
- Execute event promotion by building landing pages, segmenting CRM lists in Salesforce and HubSpot, and managing email campaigns.
- Produce virtual events and webinars from speaker preparation through to live show execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure alignment on event goals and attendee targeting.
- Measure and report on event performance, including engagement metrics and pipeline impact.
- Amplify event content for social media and post-event communications.
