Requirements
- Demonstrated talent acquisition experience, preferably in a tech or startup context.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel for events and conferences (30-40%).
Responsibilities
- Approach talent acquisition with emphasis on candidate experience, hiring manager experience, best practices, and compliance.
- Guide hiring managers and interviewers through the recruitment process with consistent and reliable communication.
- Prepare hiring leads and teams to review applications and conduct effective interviews.
- Maintain job postings, candidate data, and hiring statuses in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, source, and recruit top talent.
- Develop an early-career talent strategy including university and military organization partnerships.
- Represent the company at university career fairs and recruiting events with travel as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing function to promote job postings and the employer brand.
- Conduct interviews, manage the offer process, and handle negotiations.
- Collect insights from new hires to continuously improve recruitment processes.
