Requirements
- Previous talent acquisition experience, preferably in a tech or startup context.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience with Slack and Google Suite.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel for in-person events/conferences (30-40% travel expectations).
Responsibilities
- Approach talent acquisition with emphasis on candidate experience, hiring manager experience, best practices, and compliance.
- Guide hiring managers and interviewers through the recruitment process.
- Prepare hiring leads/teams to review applications and conduct interview debriefs.
- Maintain job postings, candidate data, and hiring statuses in ATS and team spreadsheets.
- Develop experiments and execute strategies to attract, source, and recruit top talent.
- Develop and execute an early-career talent strategy including university and technical program partnerships.
- Represent the company at career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote job postings and employer brand on social media.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle including scheduling, virtual interviewing, and offer negotiations.
