Job Details

4+ years of experience in modern SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, or Community Management.
Proven experience within Fintech, Finance, or other regulated YMYL industries.
Strong portfolio in copywriting and editing across multiple formats (articles, scripts, forum discussions).
Deep literacy in AI-driven search, LLMs, and integrating AI into workflows.
Proven expertise managing and growing organic brand authority on Reddit or similar forums.
Outstanding interpersonal skills for connecting with internal experts and external affiliate creators.
Experience analyzing data across social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Strong organizational, project management, and content calendar management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex financial concepts.
A 'Customer Obsessed' mindset regarding personal finance motivations.
Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Notion, Asana, Ahrefs, or Semrush.

Map out and execute content strategy to optimize visibility across AI search engines and LLMs (AEO/GEO).
Write, edit, and produce high-quality discovery-first content including search-optimized articles and video scripts.
Co-own master content calendar planning, integrating AEO keywords and community insights.
Collaborate with CFP professionals to ensure content is authoritative and accurate.
Build and nurture Facet’s organic community footprint on Reddit and other discussion platforms.
Lead daily social listening efforts to monitor brand sentiment and identify content opportunities.
Own management and growth of the external review ecosystem.
Launch and scale an Affiliate Creator/Brand Advocate program to drive organic mentions and referrals.
