Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
- Proven experience growing B2B e-commerce businesses.
- Advanced expertise in SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Experience improving AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Proven inbound lead generation and sales funnel development skills.
- Experience managing and optimising Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
- Advanced proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to own and deliver on growth targets.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive measurable revenue growth through SEO, paid advertising, and B2B inbound lead generation.
- Develop and manage full-funnel digital growth strategies including content marketing, AI search visibility, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft platforms.
- Build and optimise e-commerce and lead generation funnels on Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress.
- Implement CRM automation, email marketing sequences, and lead nurturing workflows to increase customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM data.
- Execute technical, on-page, and local SEO along with Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimisation (AEO/GEO).
