Requirements
- Proven track record of moving AI visibility and content growth metrics.
- Hands-on understanding of SEO, schema, and AI retrieval.
- Strong writing ability with experience producing content for professional audiences.
- Experience briefing and managing contractors and agencies.
- Scrappy, ship-it mindset with an ability to test and measure growth experiments.
- Proficiency in tools such as Profound, Peec AI, Airops, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and GA4.
- Experience in legal tech or B2B SaaS preferred.
- Relationships with legal-industry communities or publications preferred.
- Coding or vibe-coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and execution for visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
- Create high-quality, citation-worthy content tailored for an audience of attorneys.
- Build and maintain AEO measurement reporting, tracking citation rates and share of voice.
- Audit and optimize web content for AI retrieval, including schema and structured data.
- Collaborate across marketing and PR to place content in relevant legal-tech directories, communities, and press.
- Run growth experiments across channels to move citation rates.
- Brief and manage contractors and agencies across content and technical SEO.
