Proven experience managing and developing team members or direct reports.
Demonstrated ownership of a company website, including content strategy and optimization.
Strong experience managing editorial calendars across various buyer journey stages.
Ability to transform technical expertise from subject matter experts into customer-focused content.
Advanced SEO knowledge, including technical SEO and content architecture.
Familiarity with AEO and GEO strategies for AI-driven search.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
Strong analytical mindset for measuring content impact through traffic and revenue contribution.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, SEMrush, and Asana.
Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.

Own the website strategy and performance, overseeing content updates, user experience, and technical enhancements.
Manage the content roadmap and editorial calendar aligned with search demand and buyer journey stages.
Coordinate with internal SMEs and external contributors to produce high-quality assets including articles, whitepapers, and webinars.
Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives to improve visibility across traditional and AI-powered search engines.
Implement AI-powered workflows to increase operational efficiency while maintaining brand voice.
Manage and coach a Marketing Specialist to improve team performance.
Measure and report on content impact through organic growth, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
