Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or risk oversight.
  • Experience within insurance operations or a similar regulated industry.
  • Experience independently reviewing transactions, customer files, or operational processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, control weaknesses, and emerging risks.
  • Experience providing constructive coaching and performance feedback.
  • Understanding of risk management principles, compliance expectations, and quality control practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of audit methodologies and ability to interpret policies and regulations.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent quality audits of new business transactions, support activities, and operational processes using established audit methodologies.
  • Review documentation, customer files, and policy records to assess compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.
  • Identify conduct risks, control gaps, and process weaknesses, escalating significant findings through governance channels.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based feedback and recommendations to frontline teams and leaders.
  • Support coaching initiatives by identifying performance improvement opportunities and quality expectations.
  • Maintain accurate audit records, documentation, and reporting materials.
  • Deliver insights that support business decisions and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, compliance, and risk partners to strengthen quality awareness.
  • Contribute to the development of audit tools, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in reviews.
