Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B regional marketing, field marketing, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success independently creating and executing market-specific strategies that influence pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proven experience planning and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and measuring program effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging sales and marketing leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy aligned with pipeline generation and revenue goals for the Central region.
- Create and manage demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, regional events, webinars, conferences, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and business results.
- Build regional partner marketing plans and collaborate with channel partners to strengthen market presence and joint opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to regional sales leadership by providing localized messaging, campaign support, collateral, and outreach resources.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, and reconciliation of program investments.
- Partner with BDR, sales, channel, and corporate marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership, highlighting performance, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Travel approximately 30% to support regional events, customer engagement activities, and marketing initiatives.
