Previous experience in customer service, technical support, print production, design support, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across customer interactions.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment and receiving feedback.
Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
Must reside in one of the approved US states.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels while delivering accurate, empathetic, and timely support.
Manage print quality cases by identifying issues, troubleshooting design files, and creating replacement orders when needed.
Review customer requests to determine root causes, distinguish production errors from customer changes, and document cases accurately.
Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro to inspect, edit, and troubleshoot design files related to print issues.
Guide customers through replacement processes while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between general support and specialized print quality support.
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to track technical issues, trends, and recurring challenges.
Prepare complete documentation for replacement requests and partner with internal teams to improve quality processes and consistency.
