Requirements
- Proven experience coaching or training business leaders and their teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build a book of clients through personal networks and reputation.
- Comfortable with direct sales, including discussing monetary value and pricing.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills (one-on-one, workshops, stage, or podcasts).
- Capability to provide direct, honest, and difficult feedback to executive leadership.
- Ability to follow a proven, structured methodology while maintaining professional discipline.
- Proficiency in managing an independent practice without direct daily supervision.
- Commitment to long-term business development and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured certification program to become a Certified Endless Customers Coach.
- Guide leadership teams through the Endless Customers System, including alignment days, quarterly planning, and ongoing coaching calls.
- Hold client companies accountable to their goal of becoming the most trusted name in their market.
- Engage in sales conversations to build and maintain a personal book of business.
- Increase professional visibility through podcasts, webinars, and speaking engagements.
- Travel across North America for alignment days, client visits, and company events (typically 1-2 times per month).
- Identify client needs and coordinate with internal specialist teams for website, HubSpot, paid media, and training services.
