Job Details

10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Technical fluency to probe engineering impact and distinguish between elite technologists and subject matter experts.
Experience driving complex offer situations, including above-band justifications and counter-offer re-engagements.
Strong hiring manager-level judgment and ability to push back on miscalibrated searches.
Proven experience as a mentor helping other recruiters grow.
Demonstrated ability to build operational tools such as tracking systems, coaching programs, or process frameworks.
Ability to work independently without a dedicated sourcing or coordinator function.
Natural proficiency with AI tools to improve workflow and output.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and frame clear recommendations.
Genuinely curious mindset regarding engineering practices and candidate motivations.

Own and close complex technical roles including senior, staff, and director-level engineers, principal PMs, and emerging AI profiles.
Build and maintain hiring infrastructure such as pipeline health dashboards, finals trackers, and funnel analysis tools.
Present hiring trends, pipeline health, and forward-looking recommendations to Engineering Leadership.
Drive offer strategy for hard-to-close situations, including counter-offer re-engagements and role upleveling.
Design and run team capability programs, including peer screen reviews, calibration sessions, and recruiter coaching.
Manage external agency partnerships using data-driven performance tracking.
Shape hiring calibration and process standards for Engineering and Product leadership.
