- Expertise in best-in-class GTM tech stacks.
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools for outbound performance at scale.
- Hands-on experience designing data models.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Ability to write automation scripts.
- Strong technical problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside SDRs and AEs.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment and outreach.
- Own the technical backbone of outbound motion from data pipelines to automation workflows.
- Equip SDRs with world class tooling, playbooks and data insights to maximize efficiency.
- Build ICP models, scoring frameworks and segmentation logic for high intent accounts.
- Evaluate, implement and optimize GTM tools including CRM, sequencing, and enrichment.
- Track and report on outbound metrics to drive improvement through experimentation.
- Ensure outbound systems integrate with broader GTM strategy and product capabilities.
