Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a generalist in strategy, business operations, or transformation environments.
- Proven ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
- Experience designing or improving systems, processes, or operating models in fast-scaling organizations.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives or programs end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with experience creating executive-ready materials.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
- High ownership, autonomy, and execution strength.
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.
- Hands-on exposure to planning systems and change initiatives.
- Comfortable using AI tools and building basic workflows and agents.
- Ability to structure documentation and knowledge environments using tools such as Notion.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel to Hamburg approximately every 4–8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic partner and connector to management and leadership.
- Strengthen company decision-making by creating transparency and insights.
- Translate strategy into coordinated execution through planning and goal-setting systems.
- Evolve management rhythms, decision forums, and information flows.
- Build and improve scalable company operating systems including processes and AI-enabled workflows.
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
