Requirements
- 2-4 years of Account Service or Banking/Accounts Receivable experience.
- Strong problem-solving, research, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within the full range of division hours of operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in an ERP-based AR environment preferred.
- Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP preferred.
- Clean credit history.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex Accounts Receivable activities including billing, cash application, and reconciliation.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external billing and collection inquiries.
- Use data-driven analysis to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
- Execute collection activities to maximize cash flow and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify at-risk customers and track trends related to system or process issues.
- Collaborate with Sales and Management to develop billing and receivable strategies.
- Recommend billing adjustments, write-offs, and customer refunds.
- Mentor new teammates and support business operations as needed.
