Requirements
- 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience as an Account Executive on national accounts.
- 5 years of experience in claims or supervisory roles.
- In-depth understanding of workers' compensation and liability insurance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage personnel performance.
- Experience in client relationship management and strategic planning.
- Ability to influence cross-functional internal departments to support client needs.
- Residency in the state of Georgia (GA).
Responsibilities
- Provide stewardship reporting to clients by identifying and educating them on program issues and trends.
- Conduct pre-renewal visits to review loss experience and address potential areas of dissatisfaction.
- Perform client renewals, contract revisions, and prepare Client Service Instructions for complex programs.
- Facilitate the removal of process, technology, or resource barriers by influencing internal departments.
- Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Resolve major customer service issues and build executive-level client relationships.
- Administer personnel policies, hire and develop staff, and provide leadership to promote maximum performance.
