Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, digital media, business, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
- Extraordinary storytelling skills, including creative direction, copywriting, and copy editing.
- Ability to craft compelling, emotional, and relevant messages.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence senior executives.
- Proven organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
- High proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products and CRM technology.
- Self-starter, intellectually curious, and passionate about digital engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop messaging that expresses the Employee Value Proposition for specific talent segments.
- Establish and execute digital recruitment marketing strategy across social media platforms.
- Lead email marketing strategy using Avature CRM to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
- Maintain job channels, create social media content, and analyze performance data.
- Manage programmatic campaigns and sponsorships to increase job visibility.
- Partner with Recruitment Marketing Consultants to update content and drive site performance.
- Advise Talent Acquisition and business partners on campaign tactics and content.
- Champion the candidate experience to ensure all communications are on-brand.
- Analyze and present key recruitment marketing metrics via monthly and quarterly reports.
- Create internal team communications to drive productivity and collaboration.
