Requirements
- Extensive experience leading implementation and onboarding projects in high growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience with complex, multi-module SaaS systems.
- Understanding of shared configuration, data models, analytics, conditional logic, and relational data.
- Proven ability to define project scope, align stakeholders, and communicate detailed project plans.
- Experience navigating change management processes.
- Strong skills in internal operations, data-driven decision making, and metrics analysis.
- Effective at managing multiple simultaneous projects with urgency.
- Willingness to travel <10% for customer engagements.
- Capable of distilling complex concepts into simple themes.
- Excellent active listening and precision questioning skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers.
- Handle a book of business consisting of approximately 15 active implementations at a time.
- Develop and execute implementation plans ensuring positive customer experience and expedited time to value.
- Advise customers on software best practices and configurations specific to their usage.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Proactively address customer opportunities and contribute to process and workflow improvements.
