Requirements
- 3+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
- Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security.
- Experience developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities.
- Proven consulting skills, including presenting to business partners, creating documentation, and participating in workshops.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
- Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Payroll module(s).
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals.
- Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements.
- Assist clients in testing Workday configuration, provide knowledge transfer to clients and develop documentation as applicable.
- Troubleshoot processes, data, calculated fields, reports, business logic, and configuration.
- Consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on deliverables/projects across multiple, concurrent clients without supervision.
- Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the client.
