Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting).
  • 3–7 years of experience evaluating economic damages in personal injury or employment litigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality expert reports.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong independent work ethic with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation engagements to evaluate economic damages, perform analysis and prepare economic loss reports.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients regarding document requests and reporting findings in coordination with leadership.
  • Interact with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data pertinent to the engagement.
  • Prepare damages analyses, determine appropriate methodologies, and build and review financial models.
  • Take the lead in managing files and writing reports in conjunction with a team approach.
  • Review and analyze reports of opposing damages experts.
