Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting).
- 3–7 years of experience evaluating economic damages in personal injury or employment litigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality expert reports.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong independent work ethic with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation engagements to evaluate economic damages, perform analysis and prepare economic loss reports.
- Maintain direct contact with clients regarding document requests and reporting findings in coordination with leadership.
- Interact with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data pertinent to the engagement.
- Prepare damages analyses, determine appropriate methodologies, and build and review financial models.
- Take the lead in managing files and writing reports in conjunction with a team approach.
- Review and analyze reports of opposing damages experts.
