Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management in a SaaS business.
- Management consulting or equivalent experience required.
- Proven track record in building, scaling, and refining strategy and programs for complex businesses.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with organizational design, organizational behavior, and leadership development.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics for decision-making.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel average 25% of the time, up to 50% on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPTO to build the org-wide 3-year strategic plan aligned to GTM strategy.
- Serve as business leader in the annual strategic and financial planning process.
- Own the leadership operating rhythm, including staff meetings, QBRs, and board/investor briefings.
- Develop team-wide communications and content, including newsletters, town halls, and internal blogs.
- Monitor organizational health, including team sentiment, retention risk, and cross-functional friction.
- Run governance on change management planning for transformation initiatives.
