Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience in strategy, operations, or program management in a SaaS business.
- Management consulting or equivalent experience.
- Track record in building, scaling, and refining strategy for complex businesses.
- Strong background in organizational design and behavior.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time, including domestic and international trips.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPTO to build the organization-wide 3-year strategic plan.
- Serve as business leader in annual strategic and financial planning processes.
- Manage the leadership operating rhythm, including staff meetings, offsites, and quarterly reviews.
- Develop organizational communications and content to foster team alignment and culture.
- Monitor organizational health signals and surface recommendations for improvement.
- Lead governance on change management planning for transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to track OKRs and initiative progress.
